With an enterprise level solution that helps researchers meet regulatory compliance, they are hiring a West Coast Enterprise Sales professional. The Enterprise Sales Role: Target Vertical: Higher Education Research Labs, Pharmaceuticals, Biotech & Life Sciences Companies

You will be managing a generous West Coast territory with hundreds of prospects. Along with full SDR support, you’ll be challenged to win new clients and sell existing clients additional solutions. If you have a Solution Selling Approach and a passion for helping clients solve problems, this could be the right role for you. Our client is growing and would like to eventually move this person into a leadership role for the West. Travel on West Coast 30% mostly day trips.  Average deals are 100K-500K ARR.

Goals

Bring in new business and solve client problems with a solution selling approach. ( Listen first, ask good questions, understand client’s needs, then and only then present solutions.)

Long term career trajectory is hands-on sales leadership, not exclusively sales. This role should be moving into a leadership role as the company continues to expand and the new hire’s knowledge of the industry and offering grows.

Requirements

  • Enterprise Sales Experience (ARR 100K+)
  • Strong listening, discovery, problem solving, solution selling skills
  • Preferred but not required: Domain experience in Life Sciences, research centers, EHS,
  • BA/BS required

Compensation

 

$100K- $125K base, OTE 200K++
