Account Executive, Virtual or NYC

The Sales Role

Looking for True Hunters! (Multiple openings, can be located anywhere in the United States) You will call on Enterprise prospects (5,000 + employees). This role will manage the sales cycle from start to finish. Deals are 100K+ and sales cycles are 3-9 months. Travel is minimal (25-30%) territory is assigned based on geographical location.

This is a fantastic role for salespeople who want large territories, enjoy calling on Enterprise clients, have a passion for corporate real estate. Will need to sell in person, video, email, phone, fluency in all channels necessary. Prospecting, pipeline management, closing skills, all KEY. Business development (aka cold calling) support provided via BD Team, but not to be overly relied on for your personal sales results.


Requirements

  • Commercial real estate experience-calling on VP of Commercial Real Estate, working in commercial real estate (JLL/CBRE), or selling to commercial real estate REQUIRED.
  • Software sales experience strongly preferred, calling on Enterprise Clients
  • Track record of proven performance
  •  BA/BS degree
  • Ability to work from home office or NYC office

Compensation                   $110-$145K base, $200-$300K total compensation, career growth, full benefits
