They offer an innovate and game-changing SaaS solution to institutional real estate investment firms. With referenceable large clients, an innovative solution, and an exceptional leadership team, they are looking to expand their sales force in NYC.

The Field Sales Role: Software Sold to Corporate Real Estate Investment Firms

You will call on high level investment firms and introduce a SaaS solution that will reduce ‘deal-making administrivia’ for deal makers, analysts, and partners. You will hunt and then stay with the account and continue to expand the relationship.

Strong hunting experience in financial SaaS, selling to the financial vertical, some CRE expertise selling IWMS or some type of financial or real estate software strongly preferred. Support: You’ll be given BDR and 10 or more strong leads a month. You’ll give exceptional demos, win new business, and close 50-150K deals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience hunting new business
  • Experience closing 50K-150K deals
  • Domain expertise (one or more): financial vertical experience, CRE experience, IWMS, financial software, property management software.
  • Start-up ready, high performance, strong stales DNA
  • BA/BS degree required

Compensation

100K-140K base, 200K-280K OTE + equity + benefits
