account executive & Team Lead Openings

Startup SaaS firm is looking to expand North American Market. Hiring for their new Denver office now! If you are entrepreneurial, and are wired to take initiative, and are at your best when you’re trail blazing, this could be the role for you.

The Sales Roles

Account Executive: You will work in a shared co-working space with the Team Lead. You’ll call on construction, architecture, and engineering firms and create mid-market opportunities. You’ll work all angles to generate and develop immediate business. Hitting goals and delivering results under time pressure without pre-existing and defined processes is an exciting day for you. You are capable and confident via webinar, phone, or in-person. In bound leads are provided, however other means of driving self-generated new business will be necessary to achieve aggressive quota targets. Ideally this role leads to sales leadership opportunity if desired after a proven track record of sales performance.

Team Lead: You will learn the software offering and close larger deals 50K+ both in person and via online webinars. Preferred experience leading a sales team (hands on player/coach) for at least 24 months. Startup and strong hunting sales mentality necessary. You'll be spending most of your time generating new business, executing sales strategies, and closing deals in addition to overseeing one Account Executive.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ SaaS experience closing transactional deals 25K-75K ARR
  • Track record of hitting and exceeding quota
  • Startup mindset and entrepreneurial spirit required
  • Full sales cycle experience from prospecting to close
  • Drive to make a huge impact

Compensation

Account Executive: $70K-$90K base, $120K-$130K OTE

Team Lead: $90K-$100K base, $150K-$160K OTE

Monthly stipend for benefits coverage provided until benefits plan is established in the US
