Director of Sales Irvine, CA

Our client is a startup software company in the early stages of high-growth mode. They’ve developed a mobile survey application which has certainty of value for both Enterprise and SMB companies alike. With ambitious plans to double in just a few years, they are gearing up for massive growth. With a small sales team, a new software, and the will to pioneer a unique solution, they are looking for a front-line sales leader to join the team!


The Sales Position

Front Line Acquisition and Sales Leadership

You will manage a small SMB team challenged to close transactional deals generated through cold calls and free trials. You will also be involved in winning and closing larger hospitality and restaurant deals. This is a front-lines sales leadership role. Start-up and software experience are essential along with a can-do attitude. If you are motivated, ambitious, and have the right experience, we’d like to explore this role with you! Bottom line: This is a fast-paced startup in High Growth Mode!


Requirements

  • Current software sales experience
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth company preferred
  • Experience calling on hospitality and or restaurants required
  • Ability to report into Irvine office daily required
  • Willingness and drive to tackle and solve challenges many of which will be new to you
  • Marketing/survey/customer experience software experience preferred
  • BA/BS degree

Compensation                        $100K-$145K base, $200-$265K OTE, + equity
