Director of Sales, Remote (West preferred)

The Sales Position

Front Line Acquisition, Channel Strategy, and Sales Leadership

If you enjoy setting the go to market strategy and executing on the revenue vision for the company, this could be your next big challenge! With top sales engineers, video intelligence, cloud based platforms, and sophisticated video surveillance; they are expanding their channel and direct sales efforts in North America. Reporting to the CEO, along with marketing, engineering and sales support, this is your team who will help you execute the sales strategy you co-create.

You will develop and execute a channel and direct sales strategy. You will work on the front lines to acquire new customers and channel partners. You will make product recommendations and help set pricing strategy.

Bottom line: You will own all things sales in North America.


Requirements

  • 8+ years’ verifiable success selling video technology (security, surveillance, business intelligence, access control, license plate recognition solutions, etc.. preferred) via channel and direct models to Enterprise Clients
  • Direct and channel sales experience required
  • Ability to build and scale sales from the front lines in the trenches selling and meeting channel and enterprise prospects
  • BA/BS degree required

Compensation                        $160-$180K base, $300-$350K OTE, + equity
