Front-Lines Sales Manager, East Los Angeles, CA

Our client is a leader in the CDN space. They are growing and hiring a front-line sales leader to manage the sales team. This position will have promotional opportunity to move into a GM role in the next 12 to 24 months. If you are a hands-on leader with a passion for pulling teams together, selling, and making the magic happen, this could be the role for you!


The Sales Role

Reporting into the Eastern Los Angeles office daily, you will lead the sales team in achieving the company’s goals for new client acquisition. Working with large Enterprise and Global companies is the norm. Adopting the company’s growth strategy, and leading the sales team from the front lines with a hands-on approach is required. Energetic, enthusiastic, positive attitude, combined with a strong work-ethic required. (Heavy reporting and behind the laptop sales managers need not apply.)


Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Content Delivery Network industry experience
  • Results oriented and team builder
  • Hands on strong sales professional who actively works on deals with sales reps at the Enterprise Level

 

Compensation                        $150-$200K base, annual bonus, benefits
