National Director of Sales, Remote/Virtual

Our client is a private SaaS EHR, practice management, and medical billing solutions company. With specialized solutions for 14 practice groups, they are growing again in 2017. With more than 6,000 happy practice groups across the United States using their software, and more than 25 years in business, they are expanding their sales group and hiring a Director of Sales.


The Sales Position

This is a front lines, high-performance, sales leadership role. You will work alongside sales reps across the US to drive new sales of EHR/PM/RCM software and service solutions. From recruiting to coaching new reps, you’ll be challenged to help team members close deals, negotiate contracts, drive revenue, and forecast pipeline. This software solution set is one of the leading and most recognized brands in the industry, with a high client retention rate and long term customers. Experience managing 5+ reps; 5M-10M annual revenue responsibility required.


Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience selling medical software (EHR/PM/RCM)
  • 2+ years successfully managing a sales team of 5+ field sales reps (Superstar EHR Individual Contributors ready for next step with compelling aptitude/performance also considered for this VERY hands on role.)
  • Track record of sales success carrying individual quota of 1M+, team quota of 6M plus
  • Ability to travel 50%-60%, and work remote/virtual
  • Strong initiative, ability to work within existing structure, and resourcefulness
  • Executive presence
  • BA/BS Degree

Compensation                        $100-$120K base, $200K-$250K OTE
