Regional Sales Director—West Coast Territory

Are you excited about being part of a growing start-up? Our client sells both SaaS and on-premise solutions to the Commercial and Enterprise space. Deals range from 70K-200K on average. IT is the primary player in the buying process. This is an exciting opportunity for a hunter who is ambitious, enjoys owning the entire sales process, can work a West Coast territory and wants to join a cutting-edge company that’s growing at an accelerated pace.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of current experience selling software with at least 2 years in a closing role
  • Selling software that automates a process on the enterprise level is preferred
  • Experience carrying a quota of at least 750K in new business license
  • Current software sales experience calling on IT/CIOs preferred
  • Ambitious and passionate about hunting new business and winning new accounts
  • Track record of sales success, history of above average performance
  • Experience giving demos and working with Sales Engineers

Compensation

100K-120K base, OTE $200K-$220K/year.
