Our global client is well branded, has office is more than 40 countries and has dominated the financial banking/lending, investment, trade/risk and treasury markets. They are a recognized leader in financial technology and are hiring for high-level field sales roles to sell their front-to back office support, cross-asset software. They are continuing to grow rapidly, and in immediate need of senior level sales talent. Multiple positions open:  national search for financial software sales talent.

You will lead the charge hunting new business for both named and current clients selling trading solutions to banks, insurance companies and other financial services organizations. You will own the full sales cycle from initial contact, product demonstration, contract negotiation and close. You will have the support of a recognized brand, software which is used by key industry leaders, and a collaborative support team that helps you be successful. Client services, technical and marketing support is wrapped around the sales function to ensure rapid success.

In this Front-to Back, Cross Asset Trading Software Sales Role You Will…..

  • Manage the full sales cycle, build a sales plan and drive new business acquisition
  • Generate new leads, manage existing business, and win new clients
  • Possess a strong hunter mentality
  • Build relationships within the banking, treasury, insurance and financial services organizations
  • Bring in revenue and meet sales quotas

Requirements

  • Track record of success, making over 200K isn’t new for you
  • Software sale experience
  • Hunter –you love to win new business
  • Travel 50%
  • 5+ years of experience selling to the Banks, Insurance Companies, Capital Markets
  • Solid understanding of financial markets and software sales

Compensation

Verifiable compensation required on your side, but our client offers a generous package, up to $140K-$165K base, OTE over $300K, awesome benefits, strong company, huge growth potential, selling resources to support you, clients who are huge use these products, so it's all there for the taking if you're a real hunter.
