Fin Tech Global Account Director-Team Lead (Toronto, Ontairo)

Our global client is well- branded, has offices across the country and has dominated the financial banking/lending, investment, trade/risk and treasury markets. They are a recognized leader in financial technology and are hiring for a Global Account Director. This will be a highly visible sales position with responsibilities for building the Toronto market thought prospecting, cold calling, developing interest, negotiating contracts, and goal setting. This role is challenged with extreme hunting while leading a small team of field sales reps, by example, from the front-lines.

Requirements

  • Track record of success, making over 200K isn’t new for you
  • Software sale experience
  • Hunter –you love to win new business
  • Travel 50%
  • 5+ years of experience selling to the Investment Management Community: Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Pension Funds, Capital Markets, Trade Finance.
  • 3+ years managing a team while carrying an individual quota preferred
  • BA/BS degree required

Compensation

$125-170K Base, OTE $300K++
