The Sales Position

The Sales Leadership Role: Hands On, Early Stage SaaS

The primary objective will be to spearhead the scaling out of sales processes and procedures designed to drive lead generation and new client acquisition.  Ultimately the name of the game is to grow revenue. This is a brisk high-volume sales cycle.

Mastery of both inbound and outbound sales strategies working in concert is a must. With the collaboration of a strong marketing plan, sales will work towards building predictable pipeline and revenue. Over time, bigger deals will be needed to drive additional growth. Reports directly to the CEO.

 


Requirements

  • Current SaaS experience required, security or email software domain a plus
  • 3+ years of management experience with at least five direct reports
  • Startup work ethic, drive, and energy
  • Ability to work in the Irvine/Lake Forest office daily
  • BA/BS degree

 

Compensation                        $120K base, $200-$240K OTE, + equity
