The Sales Position

Front Line Sales Leadership--Client Acquisition Team

Looking for a Leader of True Enterprise Hunters! Will manage 6-15 employees. Sales team is located remotely throughout the United States. Workplace management software is sold to Enterprise prospects (5,000 + employees). This role will manage the entire sales force including business development and Enterprise sales team members.  Deals are 100K+ and sales cycles are 3-9 months. Travel is 35-40% to team members depending on preferences and personal style.

This is a fantastic leadership role for a hands-on sales manager who has a passion for corporate real estate and client expansion. Will need to help build the sales team, set goals, strategy, and execute CEOs vision of US expansion.


Requirements

  • Commercial real estate experience-calling on VP of Commercial Real Estate, working in commercial real estate (JLL/CBRE), or selling to CRE REQUIRED.
  • Software sales experience strongly preferred, calling on Enterprise Clients
  • Track record of proven leadership performance (5-10+ direct reports required)
  •  BA/BS degree
  • Ability to work from New York office (downtown)

Compensation                        $150K-$175K base, $250-$350K total, career growth, full benefits
