The Sales Role

You will work with assigned named accounts to develop and cultivate new business with some of the nation’s largest aerospace, defense and medical device firms. With a team of lead generation support you’ll never have to make cold calls. You will need to take a leadership approach with clients and develop solutions over a long journey of change adoption. Deals are 500K+ and sold into the aerospace, defense, and medical devise verticals.


  • 5+ years of selling ERP/PLM/MRO/MES into defense, aerospace or medical device verticals
  • Experience selling 500K+ deals (Direct NOT channel sales experience)
  • BS Engineering or Computer Science preferred
  • Up to 50% travel across the United States
  • Ability to work for a private company and spend 95% of your time on customer facing sales efforts
  • Home office/virtual

Compensation                         $100-$125K base, $200-$500K OTE
