The Solution Consultant Role

This role will support the commercial loan origination software sales team. Collaborating with sales professionals on the front-line, this role aids in selling loan origination software from a technical perspective. Yet, there’s more involved than simply giving demos. High-level client interaction is expected.  Learning more about current business operations, discovering solutions to client’s more challenging problems, and making suggestions is paramount to success in this role. You will spearhead product demonstrations, manage proposal communication, and aid in evangelizing the solution’s value proposition. You will also help further improve the usability of the software by providing feedback to the development team about potential solution improvements.

Sales Requirements

  • Commercial Loan Origination Domain Expertise Required
  • Exceptional solution selling, communication and consultative sales skills
  • Comfortable giving presentations in person
  • Ability to demo in person and remote, respond to proposals and client inquiries
  • Ability to travel up to 40%
  • BA/BS required, MBA preferred

 Compensation:  110K-120K base + commission, OTE $150K-$160K
