The Sales Role

In this Regional Area Sales Manager Role, you will manage field sales reps across a geographical region. You’ll be responsible for meeting with sales reps in person, managing a new sales team, and developing a handful of new clients. If you enjoy leading sales teams, have a commitment to working hard while having fun, this could be the right company for you! (Note: This is NOT management from behind the laptop. If your more into spread sheets than your people and customers, this isn’t the right role for you. This is front-lines, in the field with your sales team, working hard and having fun with people you like while doing it!)

Requirements

  • Current software sales leadership experience of 5 or more reps
  • Account management experience
  • 80% travel (local/regional)
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, passion, and commitment to running a high-performance sales team
  • Dealership or automotive industry/vertical big plus
  • Ability to work from home office/remote
  • BA/BS degree

Compensation                       $130K-$140K base, OTE $200K
