Although many sales jobs are available, few are true career opportunities. My client is a publicly traded company in phase two of expansion. While they have offices across North America, they are still looking to grow by 30% year-over-year. They offer a software solution around human capital management that is second to none. With more 45 offices nationally, they are expanding their Sacramento sales team.


The Sales Role

You will provide the drive, motivation, and coachability. My client will provide a proven sales formula for success. You will report into the office daily, manage a defined territory with identified prospects, and work a sales plan that will drive predictable outcomes. This role will sell HCM solutions including payroll, time and attendance, recruiting/applicant tracking, and online training. This is a sales role that has a high probability of promotion, high income, and success given the sales activities are consistently followed.

The Opportunity

Top producers will see career advancement in as few as 18-24 months. Top 1% income is achievable and salespeople are performing at this level across the country, but it won’t happen overnight. But with the right level of dedication and coachability, unlimited opportunity is possible.


Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required (GPA 2.8 or higher)
  • 1.5 + years of sales experience (outside, territory based, b2b)
  • Proven track record of sales success –Verifiable top 25% of sales team
  • Ability to report into Sacrament, CA office daily

Compensation                        1st year 70K base, 100K OTE; 2nd year 200K+; 3rd year, 300K++
