The Sales Compensation Analyst

You will have ownership of designing, administering, evaluating and managing sales compensation programs. From calculating commissions, to managing the cash flow of commission payouts, you will have oversight and command over all things related to sales commissions.

Experience

4+ years in sales compensation role, sales operations with heavy sales compensation

Excel, CRM, and compensation system software expertise

Strong communication skills

BA/BS

CSCP desired

Compensation: $90K-$100K, Exceptional benefits, positive and engaged private company environment
