Ready to Build the Enterprise Sales Team?

This is a gritty job. You'll start out in the trenches and get a feel for the market. Initially you will be responsible for carrying an individual quota and managing a small support and sales team. As sales revenues grow in the Enterprise space, additional hires will be recruited for your team by you.  You will own the entire sales function including lead generation and pre-sales. You will formulate, own, and oversee the strategic sales plan for Enterprise Sales in the United States.

Requirements

  • Current experience selling, team leading SaaS in a team lead, Global Account Manager, Player/Coach role
  • Track record of winning new business
  • Front-lines leadership
  • 10+ years of experience in the software industry with current SaaS experience preferably on the business applications side (selling to sales, marketing, HR, finance, manufacturing)
  • Experience winning $100K+ deals
  • Ability to report to Redwood City, CA daily. No exceptions.

Compensation

$150K base, $300K OTE, options, benefits, perks, runway for high-growth
