Business Development Director

Our client is an up and coming BPO/IT consulting firm. They are a professional services firm that provides off shore IT services including consulting, engineer, BPO, application development, and more. With a passion for providing exceptional service and high quality work to their clients, they are expanding their business development efforts.

The Role: Hunter

This is a hunter position and will be challenged to own the entire sales cycle from lead development to close. Winning new business and bringing on board new clients is the name of the game. If you are passionate about IT services, enjoy helping customers solve complex IT problems, this could be your time to explore a new organization that’s growing by 35% a year.


  • Strong hunter of new business, this is not account management
  • Experience selling BPO/outsourcing/Offshoring/ IT services
  • Track record of quota obtainment, client acquisition and hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Industry Preferences—Retail preferred (other verticals considered as there are two openings)

Compensation                         $125K-$165K Base, OTE 200K+
