Enterprise Software Sales: HUNTER
This is hunter role, calling on HR in Enterprise prospects. Approximate quota of $1.2M. Deals are low six figures. Best of all, this is company that has proven solutions, over 600 Enterprise clients, and a core suite of offerings with a 100% client retention rate.
Seasoned executive Sales leadership with deep domain expertise and sales experience in place, stable, and solid as a rock. This has the makings of extraordinary high growth for the next three years.
SDR/BDR and SE support provided.
- 5+ years of current experience selling software to HR
- Experience carrying a quota of at least 1M in new business
- Current SaaS and experience calling on HR
- Enjoy hunting new business and winning new accounts
- Track record of sales success, history of above average performance
- Experience selling to Enterprise companies 1B+
- Ability to work with minimal supervision from your remote home office
- BA/BS degree required
Base $110K-$125K base + commission, + equity, OTE $200-$250K+, exceptional benefits.
