The Sales Challenge: Growing Market Share

You will work with a small team of Commercial Sales Reps working remotely across the country. Deals are 50K-100K, with Mid-market organizations of less than 2,000 employees.

You are an exceptional mentor, leader, and coach who knows how to help Mid-market teams meet revenue targets, win new clients, and grow market share. Evangelize solutions around deep operational process improvements, and business transformation. Enjoy experienced executive leadership team, well-developed solutions, and referenceable clients like Bank of America, Prudential, Seagate, Walmart and more.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leading Mid-market SaaS teams

  • BMP (business process management) business decision management, process improvement domain experience, or similar highly preferred

  • US and International travel 50%

Compensation

$120K-$150K base, $250K-$300K OTE, benefits
