Our client has a well-developed inbound call program and is looking for a highly organized Inside Sales Manager. With thousands of customers, a product that’s loved, and a passion for making software that’s easy to use, our client is hiring for an inside sales leadership role. Goals and Sales Expectations

You will manage a large number of inside sales reps who sell software via inbound leads. You’ll need to be highly organized, motivational, and able to help create and maintain a positive and healthy sales culture. With hundreds of transactions happening, calls coming in, reps helping customers with questions, new hires starting and new goals coming down the pike—this is a big job.   • Success in a call center managing 10+ reps in a high volume call environment
  • Software sales leadership experience in a high volume call center ideal
  • Track record of success and quota obtainment
  • Fintech software sales experience preferred
  • BA/BS degree verification, thorough background, credit/criminal check required
