Successful well capitalized startup MarTech software company is growing and expanding the Enterprise sales team. Their solution is focused on helping e-commerce companies engage customers and enhance the customer experience.

Excellent new solution still in early adoption phases, with some competition from old guard large software firms. Great opportunity for hunters who enjoy winning new business and closing complex deals!


Sales Cycle: Hunter, Multi-Buyer

You’ll own the entire sales cycle, with support from SDRs and Pre-Sales.

Deals are 100K-350K and sales cycles are 6-9 months. Sales team culture of celebrating all wins with longer sales cycles.

Light travel, and work from home/remote options.

Requirements

  • Experience closing 100K+ deals mandatory

  • Passion for e-commerce

  • Hunter mentality, collaborative team player

  • Reports into Chelsea office with flexible remote days

  • BA/BS degree


Compensation: $120-125K base, 240K-250K OTE, equity, 401K, exceptional benefits, growing fun company
