Our client is an innovative developer of call center software. With a passion for the industry, solutions that are easy to use, and a sales friendly culture, they are building their senior Enterprise Sales team and ready to hire two new hunters immediately. 

The Role: Hunter & Team Lead

You’ll work with a rock-star business development team who’ll work toward opening doors and setting meetings for you. You’ll also have a mid-market rep you’ll oversee and work towards a team and individual quota. Hunting new business in the outbound call center industries is the name of the game. You’ll call on real estate, insurance, financial services, healthcare, solar, and more introducing omnichannel outbound solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ year’s Mid-Market or Enterprise Software Sales experience

  • Call center, telecommunications SaaS domain expertise

  • Track record of sales success hitting quotas of 1M+

  • Passion for winning new business

  • BA/BS

Compensation

$120K base salary, 240K OTE, 2nd and 3rd year 300-400K potential
