The Sales Position

The Sales Role: Hunter-Higher Ed Vertical

You’ll carry a 1M+ quota and close deals ranging from 25K-150K ARR or more in the HigherEd vertical. These deals take time to close (6-9M), but you will inherit an active pipe of nurtured opportunities. With the full support of a lead development team, pre-sales, and top-notch executive leadership, you’ll have a generous territory and the freedom to hunt.

Given this is a private company without VC, PE, or Wall Street involvement; compensation plans remain stable and highly favorable for salespeople. This is a 200K-450K plus sales opportunity for motivated, driven, and high-income sales professionals.


  • Currently selling software into Higher Ed vertical (no exceptions)
  • Verifiable track record of W2 income 150K +
  • Hunter: money and new business motivated
  • Travel up to 25%
  • Ability to work remote (home-office)
  • BA/BS degree required

Compensation                        $110K-$120K base, $200K-$245K+
