The Role: Enterprise Team
You’ll lead and develop a rock-star Enterprise sales team to win new clients, expand the footprint, and drive revenue growth. The market is poised for these solutions with recent security breaches. Millions of dollars in revenue growth expected in just a couple of years. This firms growth trajectory is no where near close to being finished. Although this company isn’t the only one in the space, they are arguably the leading developer of DevSecOps.
Requirements
3+ years leading an Enterprise Team of at least 6 reps.
Exceptional leadership and sales skills. You get it done and people love working for you because they know you have their back.
Track record of achieving revenue growth.
Passion for the following: new business, enterprise expansion, security, selling to developers, sales training, hiring, building teams, and driving enormous growth.
Ability to travel up to 35%
Compensation
$325-400K OTE, options, excellent benefits, career growth opportunity in spades
