Regional Vice President, Remote

The Sales leadership Role

You’ll be managing a remote team of experienced Enterprise Field Sales reps who are working a Named Account sales model. They are calling on large retailers, CPG, grocers, and manufacturers.  Deals are 100K+ and quotas are set to be achieved. Total team quota approximately 6M.

If you have a passion for helping reps win new business, leading a front-line sales team and still being involved in large Enterprise deals, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Strong fundamentals are already in place: Referenceable 5B+ Enterprise clients, experienced executive leadership, leading solutions, good timing, well late funded venture, and positioned to win. Role is a solid mix of lead/build with emphasis on lead.


Requirements

  • 5+ years managing SaaS Enterprise Sales teams

  • Current success with a Named Account based sales methodology

  • Software Expertise: Commerce, marketing, inventory management, analytics

  • Vertical Industry Preference: calling on retailers, CPG, commerce, grocers, and or home furnishings and furniture manufacturers


Compensation       $160-$180K base, $310-$330K OTE, Equity, strong benefits
