Small and successful financial payments company growing and serving large Enterprise clients. Well funded and looking to grow existing sales team. Focus Areas: hands-on, process and structure building, hiring, and driving growth in existing and one new market.
The Role: SVP Sales
You’ll work with a rock-star team that wins new clients. You’ll manage selling managers that have small teams of reps. You’ll find areas to scale, build processes, and implement structure. This is a hands-on role that will be both strategic and somewhat tactical due to the size of the business. This person will bring and be part of a new era of change. Up for the challenge?
Requirements
Payments (enterprise) or Security Solutions background
5-7 years of leading sales teams
Track record of achieving quotas and performance objectives
Team oriented highly visible role
Ability to travel up to 25%
Compensation
$170-$190K base, $300K OTE, excellent benefits
