The Sales Challenge: Growing Market Share

You will work with a small team of Enterprise Sales Reps working remotely across the country. Deals are 100K-800K, with Enterprise organizations of 2,000 plus employees.

You are an exceptional mentor, leader, and coach who knows how to help Enterprise teams meet revenue targets, win new clients, and grow market share. Evangelize solutions around deep operational process improvements, and business transformation. Enjoy experienced executive leadership team, well-developed solutions, and referenceable clients like Bank of America, Prudential, Seagate, Walmart and more.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leading Enterprise teams

  • BMP (business process management) business decision management, process improvement domain experience, or similar highly preferred

  • Track record of managing Enterprise sales teams

  • US and International travel 50%

Compensation

$160K-$180K base, $320K-$360K OTE, benefits
