Mature software company selling into higher education vertical is hiring for a team lead! This new hire will manage a small team and function in a player coach role. The Sale Challenge: Team Lead, Client Support, Renewals, Implementations

You’ll work on expanding, renewing, and resolving challenges in in a Central US client base. Clients are in the higher education vertical. You will have strong problem solving skills, sales talent, and leadership qualities. The small team you’ll manage is experienced, tenured and in need of incremental improvement. Goal is to move into 100% leadership responsibility in 12-24 months.

Will manage existing book of Higher Ed clients for expansion, renewals, up-sells, cross-sells, new client on-boarding, and more.

Travel is once/month at most, with some annual trade show events. Work remote and report to the VP of Sales who is calm, smart, even-keeled, available, reasonable, dependable, and supportive.(A++ boss material)

Requirements

  • 3+ years in an Enterprise Client Success, Account Management role in the SaaS/software space

  • Success with renewals, client expansion, and strategic selling strategies

  • Ability to solve problems, take initiative, and highly motivated

  • Analytical and able to hold others accountable to priority KPI’s

  • Ability to be successful in home office/remote environment

  • BA/BS degree and background check required

Compensation: 100K base, 180K-200K OTE, benefits
