The Client Success Role: 100% Leadership; Enterprise Clients
Manage a small team of five client success reps. You will be responsible for building your team synergy and take an active role in mentoring more junior employees and supporting more experienced employees and helping everyone do better. You will support escalations, but not an account base. All clients are Enterprise and you can expect the team to add headcount over time to support new Enterprise clients.
3+ years of experience managing Enterprise clients with a SaaS company
Experience managing at least 3 people for 3+ years
Ability to see team members as individuals and manage accordingly
BA/BS degree required
Eventually, travel will be necessary to corporate and client sites
$110K-$130K base, plus commissions, large company benefits
