Public company with new solutions and an established client base is hiring for a Vice President of Sales. If you are a collaborative leader who enjoys working with a talented team of ambitious salespeople, this might be the new role for you!

The Sales Role

You’ll manage a large team that is doing well and firing on all cylinders. Systems are in place and solutions are well developed, best-in-class, and established within the client base. You enjoy training, developing, and coaching your team to the successful close of win-win business. Positive leadership and collaboration are your strengths.

Requirements

  • Experience leading a 10+ person sales team with revenue > 15M
  • High energy needed for high volume transactional deals
  • Track record of hitting quotas and revenue targets
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Humble, hard-working and collaborative

Compensation

$160K-$180K base, $300K-$350K OTE, benefits.
