The Sales Role
You’ll manage a large team that is doing well and firing on all cylinders. Systems are in place and solutions are well developed, best-in-class, and established within the client base. You enjoy training, developing, and coaching your team to the successful close of win-win business. Positive leadership and collaboration are your strengths.
- Experience leading a 10+ person sales team with revenue > 15M
- High energy needed for high volume transactional deals
- Track record of hitting quotas and revenue targets
- Strong leadership skills

$160K-$180K base, $300K-$350K OTE, benefits.
